This calendar is for any public event open to members of the burn community. View one-time events and recurring offerings - hosted both virtually and in-person.

Monday:

Virtual / Call-In Support Group

A facilitated support group for adult burn survivors and loved ones - hosted at various times so participants can join from different time zones.

Night One - Education + Support Course Group

Interested in increasing your social comfort and expressing your needs? Burn survivors and loved ones are invited to join us for our next Education + Support Course Group happening on June 29 and 30! This two-night group learning experience combines skill-building and peer support.

Tuesday: Night Two - Education + Support Course Group

Wednesday:

Youth + Family Online

A space for kids and teens to connect beginning at 4:30 pm EST.

Peer Support Chat

We will continue to offer our weekly moderated Peer Support Chat, which takes place every Wednesday night from 9 - 10:30 pm EST.

Additional Support

• Our Resource Center is full of articles, fact sheets, and videos created by the burn community, for the burn community. As the situation unfolds, we'll continue to develop resources to help our community thrive.

• If you're feeling uneasy about the global health situation, check out these tips from our Programs team to manage your mental health and prevent isolation.

• Every other month we are hosting virtual Education + Support Course Groups. This new offering is a series of two video conferencing group sessions to explore our brand-new online education site! We'll combine online education resources with webcam-based meetings to learn skills and support each other along the way. 

• ABA 2020 Virtual Conference: The American Burn Association signature educational event re-imagined virtually for multi-disciplinary burn care professionals across the globe, is now open during summer 2020.
