Managing Pain and Itch After Injury: A Discussion With Clinicians
Aaron Bunnell, MD. Assistant Professor, Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, University of Washington, Medical Director of Rehabilitation Medicine Consults, Seattle, WA. He received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University, studied medicine at UCSF and is boarded in Rehabilitation, Electrodiagnostic and Brain Injury Medicine. His clinical work is focused on the rehabilitation of burn, stroke, brain injury, peripheral nerve and spinal cord injury at Harborview Medical Center. His research focuses on the neuromuscular outcomes of critical illness, electrodiagnosis in brachial plexus injury and the use of technology in rehabilitation with specific emphasis on the use of virtual environments to improve functional outcomes in burns.
