To register for Phoenix World Burn Congress (WBC), please complete our registration form. When you register, you’ll create a profile on the Phoenix Society website. You'll use this log-in information to attend sessions, access recordings, and manage your profile. You will also receive a code via email to join the Facebook group about two weeks prior to the conference.
You can register more than attendee by completing our registration form. Each individual will need their own unique email address - this email address will be used to manage profiles and passwords, this should be an account the individual can access easily. If you are registering a group of attendees, please collect individual email addresses prior to registration.
Rachel Anderson is registering herself, her cousin Jessica, and her brother Paul. Jessica and Paul will receive an email to create an account.
Phoenix Youth + Family has a separate registration form. If you would like to attend Phoenix Youth + Family from 6 - 7pm (EST) / 3 - 4pm (PST), please complete this registration form. If you would like to attend from 9 - 10pm (EST) / 6 - 7pm (PST), please complete this registration form. If you would also like to attend Phoenix WBC sessions, you'll also need to complete this registration form.
Rachel Anderson is registering her family for Phoenix Youth + Family. Both Rachel and her son Tyler are burn survivors. Rachel is also registering her mother (Tyler’s grandmother) to join the family activity, but she does not live in the same household.

Click here if you need to reset or change your password - please enter the email address you used to create your account and select the “Forgot Password” button. Check your email for a link to create a new password and follow the instructions.
Your Phoenix Society account will grant you access to content, recordings, and your online profile.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk and promotions (Gmail) folders. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please contact us by emailing phoenixwbc@phoenix-society.org or calling 800-888-2876.
Please note - Gmail has a variety of inbox categories. To ensure you are receiving and viewing Phoenix Society emails, you can drag and drop one of our emails from Promotions to Primary. After it is dropped, Gmail will ask if you wish to make the change permanent. Click yes to make sure that all future messages will appear in the Primary tab.
Click here to log in to your Phoenix Society account. You can view your receipt and payment history under the 'Transactions' tab.
If you need to pay by invoice, please complete this form and we will follow up with your account information. You can also register guests via invoice.
