What's New?

Regional Roundups: Connect with local support and meet new people from your region. We are working with our partners in regions across the globe to host virtual meet-ups during Phoenix WBC.

Virtual Open Mic: Phoenix WBC wouldn’t be complete without a chance to find healing through our stories. We’re including two virtual open mic sessions in the conference schedule. If you just can’t wait, join us in August and September for Healing Through Our Stories – Virtual Open Mic. Keep an eye on our Facebook or sign up for our newsletter for the latest news.

Physical After-Care Sessions: Take charge of your physical recovery by attending interactive learning sessions to get educated and get involved in the journey of physical healing. Topics include lasers, pain/itch, and communicating with your medical team.

Viewing Parties: We can’t gather as one group this year, but you don't have to attend Phoenix WBC alone. Where it is safe to do so, organizations can host a local viewing party. We’ll provide a party guide with tips and ideas, along with a special resource bundle for attendees.

Young Adult Workshop: Explore themes of identity and relationships with Young Adult Workshop (age 18-25). Join us for a special session Thursday, October 22, to dive into these themes. Keep the conversation going with a young adult support group and social offerings during the conference. (When you register for Phoenix WBC, indicate that you’d like to participate in Young Adult Workshop. You will also have access to all general conference sessions.)

Registration

How it works

When you register, you’ll create a profile on the Phoenix Society website. You'll use this log-in information to attend sessions, access recordings, and manage your profile. You will also receive a code via email to join the Facebook group about two weeks prior to the conference.

Registering a group?

Each individual will need their own unique email address. Because this email address will be used to manage profiles and passwords, this should be an account the individual can access easily. If you are registering a group of attendees, please collect individual email addresses prior to registration.

Payment is due by credit card at the time of registration.

If you require an invoice, contact us directly. Please note that attendee accounts will not be created until payment is received. Registrations requiring invoices must be received by October 9.

Technology

You can access virtual Phoenix WBC from anywhere! Most offerings will use the video-conferencing platform Zoom. Both webcam and call-in (phone only) options will be available. If you don’t have reliable wifi access, join us by phone to stay connected.

If you’re concerned about your ability to participate in virtual programming, contact us and describe your issue. We’d be happy to help you find ways to eliminate roadblocks.

Give virtual connection a try by attending any of our ongoing offerings. Check out our community calendar for upcoming events.
