Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors, the leading national nonprofit dedicated to empowering burn survivors and their families, is proud to announce a new partnership with Kerecis, a company pioneering the use of fish skin for tissue regeneration. This collaboration aims to enhance awareness of Kerecis' innovative technology, Intact Fish Skin Grafts, while furthering the mission of Phoenix Society to support and advocate for burn survivors.
Kerecis GraftGuide is an intact fish skin technology specifically developed for the management of burn wounds and donor sites. Unlike traditional skin substitutes, Kerecis fish-skin grafts retain their natural skin elements, including fat, protein, elastin, and glycans, to support wound healing. The grafts are supplied in multiple shapes, variants, and sizes to accommodate a range of clinical needs.
Through this partnership, Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors and Kerecis will work together to:
Support critical initiatives that provide support, resources, and community engagement for anyone impacted by a burn injury.
Raise awareness about the potential of Intact Fish Skin Grafts in burn wound management.
Educate burn survivors, caregivers, and burn care professionals on biologic tissue regeneration's benefits.

The partnership between Kerecis and Phoenix Society will help shape the future of burn care while strengthening the burn survivor community!
